Koala Budget is a personal finance and budgeting application that provides double-entry bookkeeping, bank feed integration, budgeting tools, and financial reporting for freelancers and small businesses.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

Koala Budget is not a substitute for professional financial, tax, or legal advice. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of financial calculations, bank data synchronization, or AI-generated categorization suggestions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted after a reasonable retention period.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
